Are you looking for some great Baja motorcycle camping? We found it on our unplanned Baja Mexico adventure. After leaving Parque Nacional San Pedro de Martir at over 8,000 feet of elevation, we headed down to the coast in search of some seaside camping. We ended up finding a great place to pitch our tent and enjoy a seafood dinner at sunset.

After sleeping at over 8,000 feet of elevation in the cool mountain forests we are riding our motorcycles back down this fantastic road to the Pacific Ocean in search of some seaside riding and camping.
Organic Produce
San Quintin is home to many agricultural endeavors including this large organic produce operation. Tomatoes are a staple export from here.
Volcanoes and Oysters
There are about a dozen volcanoes in the San Quintin volcanic field and the bay is full of marine biodiversity
Rugged Dirt Roads
Gravel roads lead past seafood shacks out the ocean from the town of San Quintin.
Coastal Riding
The roads became sandier the closer we got to the ocean.
Sand Dunes by the Sea
We eventually stopped riding our motorcycles when the sand became too deep but the destination was nonetheless beautiful.
Perfect Place to Camp
We turned around and found a place to pitch our tent a few miles back the way we came.
Seafood Shack
Mariscos Alvaros is located in a community called La Chorera on the map. It’s a small seafood shack located directly not eh Pacific Ocean.
Seaside Dining
We were pleased to discover this fine place to camp, have dinner and drink some cocktails at sunset.
Table for Two Motorcyclists Please
Our table was located n a bluff overlooking the ocean. Only a wooden fence made out of palettes separated us from the waves far below.
Splendid Seafood Dining by the Ocean
Eva is choosing what kind of delicious seafood to have for dinner and I had the best shrimp quesadillas I’ve ever eaten.
Margaritas by the Ocean
A couple of margaritas compliment our meal and make for the perfect end to another day riding motorcycles in Baja.
